Dear Presidente,
Today has been a little crazy with transfers and all but this week was awesome! The zone had some good exito with bringing people to the chapel. I think we had about 11 in the reunion sacramental as a zone. We have really seen some miracles. Here in our area we have seen one of the biggest miracles. The cousin of Jaun Pablo (Juan Pablo el converso), just came here to live with his wife. They both are looking to chang their lives and we had the chance to talk with them. They both came to the church this week and its their first week here in town. Not only that but are excited to get married and work towards baptism. Ive never seen a family so prepared in my whole mission! Elder Gomez had a great transfer together and Im going to miss him a lot. I learned so much but Im pumped to hit the pavement with Elder Merrel. We are both excited to see what we can do with this zone. Im doing great! Im so excited you have no idea. Im pumped and ready to go. I know there are more miracles on there way and Im
excited to see them. Thank you so much for everything. Have a great week. 6:30 7/7

its that time of the week again

Hey family,

things are going good her. My comp and i are teaching a lot of great people. one of the families we are teaching is a less active family that has two kids, Brenda and Daniel that are preparing to get baptized. the only thing they all need to do is start going to churhc again. but we talked with them the other day and the mom, roxana, usually isnt that sure about going to church. but this time when we talked about the church she said that she was going for sure. I got so darn pumped up that i stood stright up and gave her a high five. i love it!

this sunday i was able to speak in sacrament meeting. i chose to talk about THE WILL OF GOD and how it is important to except it. i had the chance to talk about the story of eric and it felt good.

I just want you all to know that this is the true church of God. I know it and I love it. i learned this past week in my studies the importance of revelation in our lives. for us to feel the spirit more profundly in our lives we must receive revelation personal.

I love you all and hope yall have a great week!

Dear Presidente Lovell,
This week was so great! We had the chance to go to Catriel and do divisiones with the elderes there. Elder Aguinaga and Peel are great! What makes things even greater is that they got the mission standard this week. Up there in Catriel and 25 de Mayo big things are happening. Centenario is raising their numbers every week which is awesome and they are all looking for miracles. In 5 saltos it is cool to see all the activities that we are having. Just about every week we have an activity in the chapel. The activities are helping our ward and areas. My area is doing so great. We have two fechas with a part member family, Brenda and Daniel, and they are great. The mom still has been getting over her fear about going to the church again. But yesterday we had a lesson with them and we had a miracle! The hna always a little unsure about comitting to go to the capilla but yesterday she was excited and said, with confianza, that the sunday que viene they will be in the chapel. I got straight up and gave her a high five because Elder Gomez and I were so excited! Elder Gomez and I are doing good. We are putting focusing a lot with our metas and are seeing so many miracles for working with the members and putting our faith to action. As for me, Im doing good. Something I learned this week that I loved was about revelation. I never knew this but in my studies I learned that in order to have and feel the spirit in our lives, we need to receive revelacion. So basically if we want to feel the spirit more in our lives or if we want our investigadores or menos activos to feel the spirit, one of the things they need to do is receive revelacion para sus vidas. I love the gospel and Im happy to be here in the mission. Thank you so much for everything. Have a great week.

ARGENTINA PERDIO

Hey family,

so everything darn here has calmed down now that the mundial is over. its sad but they lost. its like a very wise man always said, IF YOU AINT FIRST, YOUR LAST. but its all good because now the people can stop focusing on the mundial and now learn about Jesus Christ XD

So this past sunday there was a girl in my ward that shared her last testimony with us. this week she leaves for her mission a brasil. whe gave a very sincero testimony and it was nice.

hearing her testimony made me think about the last sunday i gave my last talk in seattle. it seems like so long ago. its been about 1 year and 4 months! It is crazy to think about all the things that i have learned in this time. I will never forget when i showed up in the mission and I had no idea what was going on. I felt bad because i didnt know the scriptures very well. I had no idea how to teach, let alone teach in spanish. I had no idea how to do a lot of things. I remember thinking of the scripture that weak things can become strong things through the help of Heavenly Father.

Looking at where Im at now i would not say that i have become one of the STRONG things but im in progress. i still have a lot to learn and still lack a lot. but what i have seen is a lot of help from Heavenly Father. I think that was one of the things i love most; no matter our weaknesses, with the help of Heavenly Father those things can become strong points in our life.

I am so happy to be here in argentina. everyday is filled with a chance to feel the spirit.

I love you all and I know miracles exist.

Dear Pres Lovell,
This week was so great! For starters the capacitacion that the Asistants gave in the entrevistas was awesome! It has already made a big difference the way we teach now. The zone is doing good. This past week we focused on references but not every companionship logro el estandarte. So we decided to put the goal again. I really think we can do it! Lets get them miracles going. Our area is better than great! I LOVE THIS AREA! This week we put the meta to lograr the estandarte. We planned and planned and saw miracles like no other. We didnt complete the estandarte but we were close. One of the coolest parts of our planning was that we had put a goal to fill our agendas with names every night and for doing that Heavenly Father has blessed us with His help. My comp and I are doing good. We are both pretty pumped for the week we had and are excited for the coming this week. Im doing good. Im trying to do what Heavenly Father wants me to do. Im trying to be 100 percent obedient and look for every way possible to have the spirit with me. Im looking for the way to help those around me feel the spirit and have a relationship with Heavenly Father. Thank you so much for your help and for your confidence in me. Have a great week.

Vamos che!

Como anda familia?

HAPPY LATE 4TH OF JULY!!! I had no idea that this past week was going to be the 4th of july jaja. its easy to forget when no one here talks about the 4th and its cold outside.

So this week was pretty darn awesome! it was O for Awesome! It has been really busy because we had a meeting with all the zone liders and Pres. Lovell. It was freakin sweet! I love the gospel so darn much. But after that we had another meeting in the week with the all the missionaries in our zone. So we lost a lot of time to go out and work. Which is kinda rought but all good.

Saturday we had an activity in the chapel with the ward. Not many people showed up but it was still good. We talked about all the different voices in the world and how we have to focuse so that we can hear the voice of the Spirit. At times we are surrounded by so many voices in our days that its hard to recognize when its the Spirit. But one of the ways to identify the voice of the Holy Spirit is by stopping for a breive moment and saying a prayer. There is importance in just stopping at times. When we stop its a chance to focus our minds on what Heavenly Father wants us to do.

So like I said earlier, my comp and i didnt have a whole lot of time to go out and work this week but sunday evening we got some time. And it was great! We had the chance to teach a lesson to the bishop and his family about Heavenly Father and how we can see His love for us. One of the things that the bishops wife said was that she knows that Heavenly Father loves her because of the answers she gets when she has a question. How cool is that! After the lession we went and looked for some more people to teach. We didnt have any luck so for about 2 or so hours we were knocking a lot of doors and trying to talk to a lot of people. BUT!....I LOVED IT! all I could think about was how much fun I was having talking to people about the gospel, sharing my testimony, and talking in spanish. Oh hot dang the mission is great!

I love you all and hope that all is going good! I love you all and just so you know, yes argentina won again.

the pictures in the street are funny. the ones without any people in the street was when argentina was playing and the pics of all the people in the street was the party that went down after they won jaja. also, there is a pic of my comp and i in a rock hole jaja. good stuff.

Find some miracles this week:)

Weekly Letter - 07 Jul 2014

Dear Presidente Lovell,
This week was great! For starters, el consejo de lideres was filled with good stuff. Ive had the question on my mind of how I can be more eficient in bringing people unto Christ. The answer I got was to make sure to do the small and simple things. The zone is doing good. Something Elder Mena and Child said caught my attention. They said that our goal should be to make Zion in our zones and that Zion is for the puros de corazon. I love that! Catriel is really seeing miracles and are putting fechas like machinas. Great things are happening in our area. We had the chance to talk with a less active Hna, Roxana, and her daughter, Brenda, about coming back to church. The Hna Roxana is giving it great concideration. It would be a gran milagro because shehas been less active for some time now but also because she has 2 kids that were going to be baptized over a year ago but it didnt happen. Great things! Elder Gomez and I are doing great! The days keep on passing by faster and faster but we ́re trying to think and act fast for the zone. As for me, Im doing better than great. Im learning more and more everyday the importance of the doctrine of Christ. It is the answer to everything. The doctrin is something so simple but so dificult at the same time. Im excited to be in the mission and Im excited to trabajar. I know that this is the true church and I know that the Book of Mormon is true. I love the gospel and I love the spirit. Thank you so much for everything. Nos Vemos for Entrevistas this week!
